SeniorMotion

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 21, 2026

SeniorMotion is a personal training app operated by Victor Carson. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

We collect information you or your trainer enter into SeniorMotion, including:

Please avoid sending information that is unrelated to your training or participation in classes.

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and Cloudflare provide identity information, such as your name and email address, to authenticate you.

SeniorMotion does not receive your Google password. Google sign-in does not give SeniorMotion access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar.

Your Google email address must match an email address authorized by your trainer. Signing in with Google does not automatically create an approved client account.

Email-code login may also be available.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Who Can Access Your Information

Your trainer can access information associated with your client account to provide services and manage SeniorMotion.

Other clients are not intended to have access to your private assessments, measurements, workouts, or trainer conversations. Messages sent privately to a group are delivered as separate client conversations.

Service Providers and External Websites

SeniorMotion uses Cloudflare for hosting, storage, authentication, and email delivery. Google participates in authentication when you choose Google sign-in. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Exercise videos may be embedded from YouTube or other providers. Loading or playing an embedded video may share technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, with that provider.

If you open an external shopping link, including Shaklee, that website handles your activity and purchases under its own privacy policy. SeniorMotion does not collect payment-card details for those purchases.

If you communicate through your phone’s text messaging app, your device, mobile carrier, and messaging provider also process those messages. Group text messages may reveal participants’ phone numbers to one another.

Sharing Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may disclose information to service providers needed to operate SeniorMotion, when you request or authorize it, or when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or protect people, accounts, and the service.

Cookies and Login Sessions

SeniorMotion and its authentication providers use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and operate the app.

A sign-in session may remain active after you close the browser until it expires. Use Log Out when you finish on a shared device.

Keeping and Deleting Information

We retain your client account and training records until your trainer deletes your account. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

Some information may be retained when required by law. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced or expire.

Deleting messages from your client inbox removes them from your view; it does not necessarily delete the trainer’s copy.

Security

We use authentication and access controls to help protect your information. No internet service can guarantee complete security. Keep your login credentials and email codes private, and contact your trainer if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your Choices

You may:

Disconnecting Google does not itself delete your SeniorMotion account or records.

Children

SeniorMotion is intended for adult clients and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as SeniorMotion changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice of material changes where required.
